Whitmore Rare Books takes great pride in our inventory and in composing fully researched and accurate descriptions. Each item is guaranteed to be authentic and complete, as collated in the written description that accompanies each purchase.

We are members in good standing of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America (ABAA), the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB), and the Provincial Booksellers Fairs Association (PBFA). We adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards, and abide by the ABAA Code of Ethics and Standards.

Our policy is to accept returns cheerfully and professionally for a full refund, including shipping charges (if any). Returned inventory will be accepted for any reason within 14 days of receipt (dated by delivery tracking).  If returning a book, please email our Shipping Department for a return label or contact the specialist that you worked with. 

Libraries and Institutions may arrange deferred billing upon request. All items remain the property of Whitmore Rare Books until payment is made in full.
