Measuring 145 x 90mm. A pretty copy, with slight bowing to boards and small bumps to corners. Small scrape to upper corner of front endpaper. Internally fresh and unmarked, featuring a frontis portrait of Bacon as well as marginal glosses throughout and a glossary at the rear.

The present selection includes the topics of truth, death, love, unity in religion, health, and customs of education.
